O'Leary discusses a movement of female staffers in Washington to organize, then plays a clip from an interview with Miriam Dorsey, who was a member of the Capitol Hill Caucus and went on to become Executive Director of the North Carolina Council for Women.

She points out that racism is also very intense, and gets into what's happening in terms of organizing at this time. Interesting for Pacifica people, but not much use to anybody else.
